Ice cream was good but the attitude of the staff will ensure we never return. The person taking our order was having her own... side conversation with the other staff member, laughing and completely not paying attention to us standing right in front of herat the register. Asked us to repeat our order twice because she couldn?t be bothered to listen the first two times. Any time theother staff member said something to her (I?m not sure what as they were speaking in another language) she?d stop in the middleof inputting our order to laugh and reply back. On the few times she did happen to be listening she looked everywhere else inthe room BUT us. Hard to know if someone is actually hearing you if they can?t manage even a half second of eye contact. One ofthe rudest and frankly weirdest experiences I?ve had here in Stowe and while the ice cream is good, the bad service puts a hardstop on returning us. By reading other reviews, bad attitudes at the counter is not a one time occurrence. My advice: saveyourself the frustration and go elsewhere. Read more
Visiting the area from NH!! Got an amazing hot fudge sundae made by Tainesha. She knows how to make a sundae with hot fudge on... bottom and top. Most important she put nuts on bottom so they didn't fall off! Genius idea!! Read more
Very disappointing. We took the PB swirl which for some reason tasted like coffee and was very overpriced for just one scoop. We... ended up throwing it to the garbage after a few bites (which we never do). Pretty disappointed with your "No Public Washroom" policy for paying customers!! You refused to let my 3 year old who couldn't... hold herself and peed her pants. You clearly have no fundamental understanding of customers service. Ice cream was fine by theway. Read more
