We got take out from them, the Mac and cheese and the brisket. We were originally told 25 minutes, but ended up having to wait... about 50 minutes to pick up the food. Not great when there isn't much parking at all there. The Mac and cheese was supposed tocome with a salad, but it was not included in our to go order. The meal itself was just boiled pasta with barely any cheese atall. For the price, this was pretty upsetting to only eat boiled pasta... The Brisket was ok, the cornbread lacked any taste atall. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. Stowe has so many good restaurants, this does not make the cut. SunsetGrille really has to change to meet the quality of the restaurants in the area and not just coast on the fact that they're openlater than other restaurants. Read more
We had a huge party for my daughters sweet 16 and our waitress was so great !!! She dealt with all of our extraness:) and did it... with a smile the whole time !!!! This place was highly understaffed, incredibly overpriced, and the food was barely palatable. The ribs were burnt and tough, the... fries were stale, and my husbands steak sandwich was over cooked and poorly seasoned. Mac and cheese was also not good at all. Read more
I was so excited to try their ribs. I get ribs at every restaurant if they have them. It's my absolute favorite. What an... incredible disappointment these were. The meat was just OK but the sauce made them terrible. I'm pretty sure if you went intotheir kitchen the container says "Restaurant BBQ Sauce". I've worked in restaurants and I know that taste. It's disgusting.Oddly enough their brisket is smoaky and delicious. No smoke flavor in the ribs for some reason. Please please please rethinkhow you make your ribs. Read more

Sucks it's closing. First time going tonight and if it wasn't closing it would be a favorite for date night. The food was... spectacular. I was thoroughly impressed. Ate in the outdoor seating which was beautiful. The smell as you walk in and especiallyas plates are brought to tables makes your mouth water! And delicious can't begin to describe the food. Melt in your mouthbrisket, pulled pork that's to die for, and yummy wings. The smokey flavor is out of the world ???? super sad to see itclosing.
