On my visit to the mountains from DC. I found this unique hidden gem in Strasburg. I immediately fell head over heels with this... trendy, cool, historic looking establishment. ALL of their staff were very kind, friendly and welcoming to my and my family. Mykids really enjoyed their pancakes, my youngest son had their strawberry pancakes and my eldest son had their chocolate chippancakes. I had their French Toast, home fries and vegan bacon. Waiter was kind and provided good service. My friends and I stopped on vacation for a quick breakfast and we were all happy with... our food. The chicken and waffles were very good but I think the chicken was a bit bland and the waffles were just a littlefloppy. This place is beautifully unique. The staff was amazing. The food is to die for. My friend and I shared the Elvis.. pancakes... with peanut butter, bananas and bacon. YUM!! I had a potato bowl and my friend had the biscuits and gravy. Read more

Its a drive for us from WV but so worth it! It is the cutest, most quaint place with seriously the best breakfast! This time... tried the cinnamon bun maple glazed pancakes.
