I ordered online, for delivery. The driver never knocked on my door. At 11pm, I found some of the food on my front porch, with... some rodent eating it. $40 of food wasted and no email to contact Bella. Slice won?t respond to me. *Their response ?we hope tomake it up to you* What I deserve is a refund! This was so unacceptable! Why would I (a long time customer), order from youagain when I had to throw out $40 of food & didn?t even eat that night??? Happy to say, Bella Napoli made things right bygetting my money refunded.
