Really like this store. Very organized and friendly staff.

I'm not sure why there are reports of rude staff, but every time I go in there, they are more than friendly and helpful. Maybe... the perception of rudeness was from the stress of covid. The staff aren't out in the aisles offering help, but when I've asked,they've always been helpful and friendly. The store itself is clean and tons of selection. Bulk stores have changed a lot in thelast 25 years lol. They even have bulk Marine collagen, whatever the heck that is... Seriously though, the selection isfantastic. Read more

the staff should learn the coustmer service they literally yells on you if u mistakenly touche something . they can't be polite... and say please avoid touching instead of yelling stop touching and all . i found somethings were expensive as compared to otherbulk barn specially cashews that i can see much cheaper in walmart . because of staff i ll never go back to this store .
