The Deauville Inn is a great spot for a night out! We were early for our reservation(which I highly recommend even during of... season) so grabbed drinks then went to the literal beach area to hang out. Then we were seated inside with a view of the water. We were lucky to be seated Jen's area which was completely full. She worked hard the entire night to ensure that we had a greatexperience from start to finish. The food was fresh and well prepared, if I could give one knock it would be slightly overtoasted bread but other than that the mussels, lobster roll and crab cake sandwich were very good. There is a decent beerselection and all the staff we interacted with were very friendly. We are already planning when we can get back down. Read more

My boyfriend and always go here when we come down to Sea Isle City. As always they never disappoint. We celebrated my boyfriend... birthday and he got prime rib, lobster tail, and asparagus, it was phenomenal! Our waitress Gail was very personable and veryattentive, was always checking in to see how we were doing and if there was anything else we needed. She definitely made ourexperience one to remember. If you are in the area take the drive and you will not be disappointed!! Until next year. Read more

The Deauville Inn handled the large party really well. It was about 30 people and Lynn did a really great job bouncing between... our two tables and getting us everything we needed. The appetizers were amazing. The chilled and old bay seasoned shrimp(semi-pre pealed) was delicious, calamari and wings were my favorite. The cocktail sauce was more like spicy ketchup, but Ihad the shrimp with just lemon and it tasted great. I had the broiled jumbo shrimp with crab cake. The shrimp was good, but Iwish the crab cake was sitting on the side. It was drenched and a bit soggy. It still tasted ok, but it definitely changed thetexture of the dish. My husband had Lady of the Inn cut— It was such a massive hunk of meat. It was well seasoned and cookednicely. Shoutout to Lynn— she was so nice! Just note: a lady associated with the valet parking was a bit rude to somepeople in our party. I don’t know the exact details— I just heard a lot of yelling. It was not a fun way to kick off thedinner, but I didn’t knock off any stars because I was purely rating based on the food and service from The Deauville Inn.Just be aware that when the parking lot is full— I guess it can be stressful for the valet workers, so try and give yourselfextra time so you don’t have any unpleasant interactions. The drinks aren't bad, but besides that everything else is awful. We didn't outside, for some reason the outside menu is... different than the inside. The waiter said a person in our group could order takeout and claim to be a boat. He then took theirorder and walked away. He did not take anyone else's order until I chased him down. If you go here tell them you are a boat, because that's all they care about, but you really shouldn't go here Read more

They really did a great job revamping this establishment. The outdoor seating on the bay is so relaxing. Cold beer, raw bar, and... other food choices you would expect at the jersey shore. We ordered the wings. They came quick and hot. Will be back soon fortheir crab soup. Read more
