Very unprofessional with one particular lady. She did not know how to cut hair, she did not know how to follow instructions to... cut a man?s hair. Hair was too thick on the top and she said she could not thin it out anymore. She has thinning scissors whycan you not thin out a persons hair. She gave him a buzz cut and that?s not what he wanted. Normally they do a wash and a cutthis time he had to ask for a shampoo and she said we don?t normally do that.
