They seemed to be out of every thing we ordered.¯_(?)_/¯
Sat in the back of a line at the drive through for almost 20 minutes, with no cars behind us, just for whoever was taking the... order to be super rude. I wasn't even finished with my first sentence before he cut me off and said "Will that be all". Atleast let me finish talking! He kept cutting in, too. After the third interrupted sentence I gave up. They didn't want tohear my order, and apparently weren't paying attention either, because the one thing I managed to order was wrong. Talked tocustomer support and they said they would send me an apology coupon but it never came. Horrid experience, and in lieu of thecoupons I refuse to go back. Read more
We ordered a double roast beef with cheddar cheese and even though we repeated our order twice, the cashier gave us the sandwich... w/o cheese, so which of course we went back up and requested the cheddar cheese. The fries were cold. The bun had a rip in itcausing for a very sloppy sandwich that fell apart. I was dissatisfied. The worst part is I drove out of my way because wewanted an Arby's sandwich. I ordered the chicken version and received the beef. Butaside the spice was very artificial, and the bun was soggy.
