I stopped by to pick up an ice cream cake for my son?s birthday. I asked the gentleman at the register if they would be able to... write happy birthday on the cake. The man said ?give me 2 minutes? and he went into the back and when he returned, the cake hada beautifully printed happy birthday message. The person working there really went above and beyond for us. I brought my 3.5 year-old for some ice cream and sat with him... outside to eat it. Even with help eating it, my kid dropped it on the ground. No problem, he could have mine. The person behindthe counter was keeping an eye on us, saw he dropped it and brought him a new one. I offered to pay, and he very kindly refused.Not only is this place clean and friendly and of wonderful quality, the people are fantastic. That small gesture has made usloyal customers for life. I stop in this store from time to time as it's on my way home from work. They have always been very nice & helpful. As a family... we may get DQ once a month - if this store wasn't so far from home, I'd bring them there (not that our locations close to homeare bad - they just really impressed me that much through the years).
