Food was good for what I ordered. Wish the portions were a bit bigger for the price. Helpful staff. Tables were clean.
I went today to pick up my order. The place is empty, there is a manager sitting by the table chatting with 3 employees. They... are drinking smoothies and enjoying themselves. I was sitting over five minutes waiting for my stuff. They seemed to be too busyto hand me an order that supposed to be ready some time ago and was sitting on the counter in the kitchen since I came, and getmy sliced bread ready ( it was ordered 15 minutes prior to my arrival). Oh and they forgot to put one item even thougheverything was marked as checked, and seemed to be overwhelmed when I asked if I can get it. It is almost like you feel sorrythat you ordered something and now they have to work. I am there at least once a week and place is always filthy but today itwas nasty. Dirty dishes almost falling from the counters, food everywhere on the floor, one table with the huge pile of papersand trash, but who cares the most important thing is that the employees are having great time. I went to get a bowl of chicken noodle soup from the Streamwood location. I used the drive through. I got home and found half... filled container of soup. I checked my order and saw the container in the bag but I should have opened the lid to see if there?sany soup in it. I guess it?s too difficult to fill a bowl nowadays. Read more
It's a Panera, they sell the same generic "healthy" stuff as every other Panera. Just make sure you get what you actually... ordered, since they don't seem concerned at all about smalls and larges, half-aizes, and full-size. Whatever size they feel likegrabbing, I guess, is good enough, regardless of what you paid for???? Read more

Terrible service - location does not seem to have a good handle on how to operate their facility. Live very close to this... location and stop here about once or twice a week: This location is consistently out of items well before closing (as in themiddle of the day), the drive-thru consistently takes an inordinate amount of time to process customers, the employees in thedrive-thru don?t agree with the front of house employees about what?s left in stock for the day, the front of house cashiersenter wrong names in for the order so customers wait endlessly for their name to be called for order pickup while their foodgets cold, etc., etc., etc. Every week is some new issue - and I don?t experience any of these issues at other Paneralocations: Read more
