Stopped on the way to work to get a quick breakfast. That was a huge mistake. The drive through line was a little long so I... went in to order. Used the kiosk without a problem and then proceeded to wait over 20 minutes for my food. What happened tofast food? I expect to wait at a sit-down place like Denny's, but McDonalds? The manager was rude and offered only cannedplatitudes. "We're understaffed", "switching from breakfast to lunch is complicated". McDonalds has been in business for 70years and I believe serving breakfast since the 80's. I am sure they have processes in place for the transition from breakfastto lunch. If you cannot handle lobby business than close it and funnel customers through the drive through. At least thenorders will be completed in the order they come in. Read more
We stopped in for a quick breakfast/lunch and found the counter was closed and only the kiosks available. The kiosk I was using... only had breakfast items, while the one my wife was using only had lunch items. I found it too difficult to scan my deals frommy McDonald's app, so we decided to just leave and go elsewhere. Not only thst, only one door was open, and tgat was on theother side of the main parking area. This reinforced my practice of not going to fast food places anymore. Read more
Absolutely disgusting. The worker on the fry spot was shoving hashbrowns into her mouth with no gloves on or even a hair net or... hat. Had to ask for my money back and walk out. Never going back. No sense of remorse from the manager either. She just didn'tcare. Sad to think this is what's become of fast food places now. It's pathetic. Never go here. Don't recommend it. Read more
