Tried going for lunch. The lobby is closed and the drive through was almost to the street. Won't be going to this location again... since the management can't get help. Read more
Not sure what's happening to this location. First they removed employees from the lobby and had customers use kiosks - ok. Then... they closed the lobby altogether. About a month ago, they reduced their hours to 7pm. Odd choice for a Taco Bell. Went thereat 6pm today and apparently they close at 6 now. It's August 1st but I won't be surprised to see a Spirit Halloween by October. Read more
This establishment forgets sauces and items on the regular and seems to never have some items, mainly their frozen beverages. In... the summer time, you would think their cool drinks would be available or if they aren't, they would take the options off ofDoorDash. Very disappointing in the quality of the food as well. Having worked at a place that made food and served throughDoorDash, it is very possible for a manager to change what options are available. Read more

We ordered online and they asked the question. "Are you going to pay inside or outside?" We wanted to eat inside therefore said... "inside". When we arrived you could not eat in the dining room. It was closed, and it was 1:00 on a Sunday afternoon! We hadbrought guests with us and we were all going to eat in the dining room. Therefore, we had to take the food and go to someoneelse's home to eat it and by the time we got there the food was cold. It turned out to be an extremely disappointing situation.If they would have only told us ahead of time that you cannot eat inside, we would have not gone there this time.
