This place is one of my favorites! I love trying different types of wine, especially if they are worthy the price!
My first time at this winery and sat at the bar for approximately 15 minutes and no one acknowledged us. Went next to the... brewery attendant, and still did not get any service or acknowledgement so we left. Will NOT recommend anyone here.Disappointed !!! Read more
The wine you make tastes good. During session 1 of 2, you don't mash the grapes, measure any ingredients, pour in the... ingredients, put on lid or install the pressure relief valve. The Wine Cellar staff does the measuring while you watch. You'lllearn about the chemistry of making wine. During session 1 of 2 , it takes about 15-30 minutes for one 5 gallon bucket of wine. The bottling session takes about 30-60 minutes. When I made beer 20 years ago at their neighboring sister shop, The BrewKettle's brew-on-premises/do-it-yourself brewery, it was more of an immersive experience than making wine. Read more
