I only ordered their nuggets and was asked to park in the front I waited 15 minutes before going inside. Where I continued to... wait for an additional 11 minutes, completely disorganized here just to start. The service is rude and slow at this location.The motivation to work and provide good service is not just not here at all. Read more
Food is good most times, depending on the time of day. Staff work hard and try to expedite food too swiftly sometimes which... results in a person recieving the wrong order. Staff are most times friendly, occasionally someone will have a negative demeanorand speak to you woth attitude. 99% of the time I go through the drive thru and there's always a line out to the road. Waitingin line is the longest part. If the parking lot was a tad bigger/wider, it could divert the traffic from spilling out on to 611which is a moderate to high traffic area. The parking lot is narrow on all sides of the building (one way in one way out). Ifyou're trying to park in the front and missed a spot you have to drive around the building and loop back around. This location never has diet or other sodas available but continues to sell their combos without telling people they will not... get the drink they want. It has been unavailable in the drive thru for months now and when I went inside yesterday the sodamachine did not work at all again after I paid. (I checked it before I ordered that the soda showed available but the machineitself would not work for any flavor of diet once I paid.) I had them fill it behind the counter but that hasn't workedcorrectly for months so the diet coke was undrinkable. Person at the counter told them in the back that it wasn't working forme but they didn't care. Line was too long to request money back. Prices have gone up but they are too cheap to fix their sodamachines. I will not return to this location so I will go to Allentown if I want to have Popeyes. Read more
