Yaya’s Fish Fry is my favorite restaurant in the Poconos. I tried their soul food menu this past Sunday. I was very pleased... with my entire meal. I had the fried whiting, collard greens, mac & cheese, cole slaw, and cornbread. Everything was seasonedproperly. The portions were great as well. I was able to make two meals out of one. I always love a good seafood platter so was looking forward to trying this spot. I called in my order of the steamed flounder... with rice and a side of vegetables. For dessert I ordered the peach cobbler and for my drink I got the uptown. When I arrived Iparked in the plaza lot. I walked in and waited a bit for someone to come to the front. The server came up and I gave him myname. He grabbed my food and I paid and left. When I got in I dug in. Let\'s start with the uptown drink, that was very tasty.The peach cobbler was also tasty. Soooo happy I tried YaYa’s today! I got the fried cod and seasoned fries with tartar sauce and coleslaw. The food was ready... fast, and everything was cooked to perfection.
