Placed an order for a cake the night before my brothers birthday. When I walk in to pick up the order, it took 20 minutes just... to even be acknowledged. Come to find out the order wasn't ready and they couldn't make it due to being out of cake batter. WhenI asked for a refund they said they couldn't give a refund since the manager wasn't there. They told me the manager would beback in a few hours for a refund. When I asked for the managers name they said it was DIV and that he didn't have a last name.Two young girls working behind the counter who were more interested in talking with their boyfriend than serving customers.
