Service is the worst, especially take out. I don?t think I have ever called and not been put on hold. Many times after a long... wait I hang up and call back. If they don?t want to do takeout then don?t offer it. When we do get to order our food we actuallywill wait Until the time they said they would have it done and then head there to pick up our food. Many many times there isstill up to a half an hour wait sometimes more to get your food. And there?s always an excuse. They also want you to pay beforeyou get your food and expect a tip. I have been waiting for my food and watch the people at the front desk do nothing and whenthe phone rings I asked them if they can put them on hold. It?s like it?s just a automatic reaction. It was game day. The place was packed. But the food was great and it got served in a timely manner. Had an open faced sandwich.... Tasted hubby's fish and chips. Both were excellent. But the best part of the entire meal was the brownie covered in ice creamand chocolate. We got two for the table and six of us dove in. Highly recommend! Read more
Went here after a hard day at work with a few of my friends to relax and chill and I was so impressed with this location. I... don?t usually go to this one but one of my friends said that they liked it I had to check it out. Fantastic service andphenomenal food. The manger Ryan came up to us to see how we were doing and overall he was just great with making us feelwelcome and wanting us to have a marvelous experience.
