Was directed to East Ocean Bistro when Harp's was completely full. Had just arrived into town for the weekend. Had an excellent... dinner. Had the Baby Kale salad and the Snapper. I was taken here by a friend. I don't do small bistros often, but I was glad to go to this one. The food was great and the... service was wonderful.
