We recently used The Flavored Fork for a corporate event. They were reliable and we received positive feedback from our guest. ... We had a last minute venue change due to a broken AC system at the original venue. They accommodated the last minute changewith no difficulty so that everything ran smoothly. ?Chef? Matt subcontracted our wedding out to the most unprofessional, group of teens. When contacted he told me that there was... no teenagers there.. he had zero clue who worked our wedding. Our wedding was formal and we had 2 high school kids in playclothes serving and running around like it was a romper room. Chef Matt recently catered my wedding and the food was outstanding. The pizza oven was a huge hit and with upscale pizzas... (chicken and waffles, prosciutto and goat cheese) everyone at the wedding was raving. Add to that we had tacos and mac andcheese that were delicious. Chef Matt delivered on our wish to have upscale bar food at our wedding to keep it casual but stillwedding appropriate. Chef Matt was great to work with creating the menu and given the price of food nowadays his pricing wasmore than fair. I highly recommend The Flavored Fork for any catering needs!
