I was craving for some Vietnamese food and this truck did not disappoint! My husband got the chicken meatball rice bowl and... vegan egg rolls while I got the vegan tofu curry. The egg rolls were crispy, fresh, and delicious. I normally am not into eggrolls but l can tell you my husband did not manage to even get a bite before I inhaled them. We ended up placing a second orderfor more egg rolls. The chicken meatballs were juicy and flavorful. I never see this anywhere so now I have to come back whenI'm craving for more.
