The place is wonderful, the food is excellent! but the service is horrible, and all because of a brunette employee with brown... hair, she always responds in a very bad mood and few words, very rude! It takes time to carry out activities on purpose, suchas getting water or extra sauce, I have been going to this place for more than a year, both to eat at the restaurant and to pickup, since the arrival of this employee that this is happening, unfortunately I will stop going and stop recommending it to myfriends, they only go there because of me. Cockroach came with the food order asked the waitress what was it starts to crawl she smashed onto her bare hands lost appetite... We searched best Chinese restaurants around Studio City this place was on the top suggestion so we went. I ordered shumai, beefnoodle, mushroom with tofu. No manager came out to talk to me, the waitress was rude she told me you don?t like the food don?tpay like how can you eat if you knew they got pests inside their kitchen??? Delicious food & sizeable portions. You'll definitely get your fill. I was properly serviced & it was a good experience. The... only reason it's not 5 stars is because the location at least when I showed up was really slow. There weren't many people at theplaza in general at 1pm on a Wednesday but due to that fact the workers were mostly lounging or talking which is normal but afew times they were staring at my direction. I'm sure it was them zoning out or seeing if i needed any service but that doesmake it a bit less comfortable to sit back & eat peacefully. The parking is also falsely advertised for the plaza as it haslettering stating free parking with validation or 30minute parking & payment after but according to both the parking &restaurant staff it's a $5 charge. Not that it's much but it's misleading. There are parking meters on the main street & somealleyways offer temp parking for 2hrs but it's not an easy find. Overall great experience. Read more

Wow, this place used to be our favorite local Chinese restaurant but it has absolutely declined. Tonight the food was truly... horrible. It smelled old and tasted worse. Instead of enjoying our meal and some delicious leftovers, we ended up throwing themajority of it in the garbage. Because I genuinely ( used to) like this restaurant I called them to let them know about the lowquality food tonight. They said I should call UberEats and ask them for the money back?.. (What?? The food came within 15 min.It was steaming hot. UberEats was definitely not the problem. Using old and / or bad quality ingredients is theproblem!!!). Don?t wast your money. Go elsewhere. Read more
