The app told us breakfast was til 11 and we were there at 1030 in the lobby using the app. When it wouldn't let us order... breakfast we asked the staff and they said it stopped at 1030. WE WERE THERE, YOU SAW US!! They should've just gave it to us.The man ordering before us was allowed to get at least hash browns from what I overheard so, not cool! Read more
For McDonald's this is one of the best run McDonald's I've been to lately. A lot of it must have to do with their proximity to... the Massachusetts turnpike. Regardless they're seemingly always fast and efficient and serve the food properly. The entirerestaurant has been renovated including the parking lot and fast food Lane and the process many cars very quickly rarely as Ihad to wait more than 5 minutes in line before I can place my order and subsequently received my food. It's nicely landscapedand well maintained and some of the edge parking spaces have great natural views so after I order my food I park and eat it hereit's very relaxing. Finally I use their app so all I have to do is drive up give them a code and get my food it's real fast andthey've got great deals I don't know why I never tried it before. That's all I have to say for now no complaints whatsoever justexceptional service. Read more
This place is the worst. Normally if it were once or twice a bad experience, I?d understand and get over it. But this location... has time and time again had 10-20+min waits in the drive through when the parking lot and inside dining are empty. After eachorder they take, it?s a 5-10min wait for them to take the next order, I have had to drive off and watch others drive offnumerous times. I would understand if they were busy?but they?re not. After finally getting an order through, it?s at leastanother 10min wait to pay and receive your food. I don?t understand. Read more
I am sorry and I really don't like to post negative reviews but I have given this McDonald's three chances and it seems to get... worse each time I go it's always their night shift the food has never even been lukewarm the cheese is not melted I've beengiving the wrong order twice someone else's food I'm trying to dig up something positive to say about this but I unfortunatelydon't Read more

Similar to the BK next door. Employees generally do their best to be friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is happy which is nice if... you eat in. I?ve been to many where the atmosphere is tense and the manager is a jerk (palmer usually is like that). Fairlyclean most often but the fast food industry struggles with this one typically. Food has been correct for us. I imagine if amistake is made they will happily fix it just based on watching employees interact with others. Mobile orders work well. Cons:as seems to be the norm the shake machine is usually broken. Overall it is worth getting off the exit if you want McDonald?s. Read more
