When this place first opened it was amazing, great food, great service but the quality of the food and service have severely... gone downhill. We usually order the pizza - at first it was by far the best pizza in town. Now 9/10 the pizza is way overcooked and you are lucky if you get the pizza you actually ordered. If you are eating inside and not at the bar you better sipyour drink as refills are few and far between. Even if you ask your waiter/waitress for a refill be prepared to wait 10+ minutesfor them to get back to you. My most recent encounter was last night I ordered the Knucklehead pizza (without sausage andmushrooms) as carryout. I was told 15-20 minute wait, no big deal. I show up to pick up my pizza after about 20 minutes, pay andwas told my food was still cooking and would be ready in about 5 minutes, again no big deal. I get my food and go home (I livemaybe 3 minutes from the restaurant) - once I opened my pizza box I knew immediately that I in fact did not get the Knuckleheadpizza that I hard ordered and it also had the sausage and mushrooms I specially asked to have taken off. On top of not gettingthe correct pizza, it was COLD! How can a pizza be cold when I waited the original 20 minutes I was told plus waited 5 minutesat the restaurant while it was apparently still cooking?? While I was waiting for my food, I noticed the young lady gave acustomer at the bar the most awful look and attitude the whole time I was there. Another lady behind the bar walked up toanother customer who was sitting at the bar and asked "what do you want?" Is this how your staff is trained to great payingcustomers? I don't sugar coat my experiences with the food or staff when people ask if The Knuckle Brewery is a good place togo. It is also the last place I recommend for someone to go to - I want to recommend a place that will give good service andgood food, unfortunately The Knuckle Brewery is no longer that place. The restaurant side on the west side of the building is NICE! First time there for lunch. Pizza flatbread was excellent. Fries... some of the best. Nice, open air, cozy. Read more

Food was really good and the atmosphere is what you would expect in a biker bar. Our waitress was not very personable but the... food really did make up for it. If you get a chance stop in and grab a bite and maybe a T-shirt. Read more
