Horrible service!!! . We were a party of 4 we were the only customers in the restaurant at 5:30.It tookover 20 minutes to get... served . People were coming in and were seated but after waiting for service a older couple walked out. The restaurant wasdoing a good takeout business but ignored the customers who were about 15 people. I made the mistake at the end of our meal andordered ice cream. It actually took 25 minutes to get our order. AVOID THIS PLACE. Read more
First time ordering from this restaurant. The order arrived very fast; the sushi and the cashew chicken lunch special were... fresh, but the salmon teriyaki was inedible - the fish was not fresh, had a fishy smell and tasted stale. Read more

I must say, wood of mouth, NEEDS to spread about JADE BISTRO. This cozy, intimate venue is a MUST. The aroma alone, can... mesmerize your inhabitions and disable your mute attempt to exit. The cashier has a little growing up to do and , somewhere downthe line, a customer service course should be in her future.
