Worst service!! Bar Manager claims it's his first day and find it funny my order was messed up...ordered and paid for Mango tea,... received none!! No to go silverware or condiment that was requested!! Everything on order form!! Last Saturday my husband and I decided to have lunch there after searching for something to eat in downtown Suffolk. We stop... there, I ordered chicken and shrimp. My chicken was burned, and hard to cut with no taste, and my husband's food was verygreasy. The waitress was very busy we has to ask for napkins, and a knife, a few times. She would talk to us with her back. Shedidn't even tell us her name. The best thing about that visit was someone paid our bill in full. Don't think I will be returninganytime soon. Daughter wanted Applebees after just giving birth. Called a to go order. Got back to hospital and food was cold no sauce for... the wonton tacos no vegetables no fork or knives no napkins and when you try to call and speak to someone- nobody answeredphone. And to think I left a good tip. Unacceptable service. When I got to the Applebees to get refund the place was dirtyand trash all over the dining area. Totally disgusted. Read more
When my husband, daughter, and myself walked in, the hostess was sitting at a bar table with her back to the door playing on her... phone. We stood there for about 5 minutes with NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT and were about to turn around and leave when the bartendernoticed us and yelled to the hostess "hey front door". The hostess finished what she was doing on her phone then came to seatus. While seating us she apologized. Our server Kayla Bell was absolutely wonderful. She came to our table promptly, got ourdrinks and our orders, and was very delightful and attentive! Our food was good per usual and our server was great! I woulddefinitely suggest some communication to the hostess about customer service though! Read more

We usually don't frequent this Applebee's but desperate times call for drastic measures. Believe it or not we were quite... impressed this time. The food was actually decent, but the waitress is what made the experience. I believe her name was Rebecca.I'm not great at remembering names but she is the heavily tattooed one. She was probably the best waitress we have had in quitea long time. Super attentive, sweet, and very personable. She definitely made our experience a good one.
