Have had several good experiences at this location in the past, not this time. 8/31/22: Stood at the register for 5 minutes... waiting on employee to complete what they were doing on their phone, until there was a line forming. Placed our order and gottalking until we realized it had been 15 minutes and had not gotten our food,, noticed guest behind us had their food. We askabout it and was treated very rudely but it came out approx 5 minutes later. Once we got home to eat, food was low quality andquantity. I placed my order for an 8:30pm pick up on my way home from work. I think I arrived a few minutes early and my sub was cold? I... placed my order at 6:45 pm. How do you screw up a hot sub? First time at this location and the customer service was horrible. I wasn't greeted or spoken to while standing at the register... even after I spoke to the young woman named Anayha who was standing there looking at me behind the register.
