First time visiting and we really enjoyed it. No wait on a Thursday night. Plenty of tables - inside or out. Plenty of... televisions to view the games. Carnivore Pizza was delicious! Can't wait to come back! Highly recommend! Read more
Typical sports bar atmosphere with good food! This would be the ideal spot for football season! There are big screen TVs all... around, so you won't miss any plays or any games. The staff is very friendly and our server was terrific in consistently makingsure we got what we needed. The Philly Cheese Steak Roll was delicious and so was the grilled Sweet Thai Chile wings. It was my first time at any Kickback Jack location and I don't think I will ever eat at one again. The server was friendly, but... not very attentive. When we needed her, we could never find her or even see her walking around. She mostly was at the bartalking to other staff members when we saw her and she visited our table only four times (not even after the food came out.) Weasked for a ranch and she completely forgot so I gave my husband the ranch for my wings. By the time she checked on us and Imentioned the ranch, she took a while to come back to the table and he didnt need it anymore since he was hungry and just atewith what I gave him. The wings were great, but it said on the menu you could order all flats or all drumsticks for an extra2.99. I asked for all flats and was advised that even though it's on the menu that they do not offer it. (Kind of weird for aNEW restaurant to have things on their menu that they do not offer.) I said it was fine, but the drums were particularly rubberywhen chewing (more than others I've had). My margarita arrived about five minutes AFTER the food had already came (the mainmeal) and I ordered it a few minutes after I sat down. It tasted like watered down alcohol not even a margarita. The spinach andartichoke dip was the best part, but serving size is really small compared to other places. It seems like a deep dish, but it isnot. Kickback Jacks was not the best. A group of 12 of us went and they split us so far apart when it was an empty table next to each... other. The manager was not accommodating at all. We even asked to wait and move closer but no. Then both tables had wrong food.The steak was hard and dry, the fries were pieces, the egg rolls were sitting in grease. Again, the manager was not apologetiche just asked if she wanted something else. No checks were offered discounts. Just terrible experience. We won't be back. Read more

I didn't have a bad experience at all and I'm not sure what the others experienced, thisplace was right on par with expectations. I like the grilled wings options as those are actually hard to find.
