I had to come back and change my review. I have visited this location and over the last few months the quality of food has... drastically declined. I did my first mobile order today. I had scheduled it for a specfic time and was about 10 mins late due toa training running over. When I entered to pick up my order, it was just sitting in the bag on the counter. Not under a heatedlamp to keep it warm, just sitting them. Everything was practically cold and I didn't receive the upsize amount of fries as Ipaid for with my order. The size of the piece of chicken was offensive for the amount they charge for the meal. Im was extremedisappointment and have made the decision to not even set myself up anymore hoping things will get better. Hopefully others havea better experience than I did today when they visit. I Love Zaxby's, OMG, when they first came out , I went crazy over their food especially their fries and toast, I still Love... their food but sometimes depending on the time of day and which location, sometimes the workers can be displeasing and the foodlooks like it was just thrown in the container and sometimes it's not fresh and it be cold. The food itself isn?t bad. It?s consistently good, for the most part, but the attitudes of the employees is where one of the... major problem lies. Horrible customer service across the board here. Just plain rude for no reason. You can be as polite as everand be met with nothing but attitude and unprofessional behavior, like your food just tossed in the bag with the containersopened so all of your food falls out and into the bottom of the bag in a saucy mess. They also randomly close early. The hoursneed to be changed if you?re going to regularly close at or before 5 pm. You can drive there just to see some paper taped to thespeaker that they?re closed early, yet again. The hours for the business definitely need to be changed, but they wouldn?t evenknow what to change it to since they decide on a different time to close daily at random. Absurd. The service was outstanding there is eye candy, if you go there make sure that Domanic takes your order, he has a nice body,... beautiful smile, eyes those faded blue jeans were a knockout, he is very Friendly, Next time I want his hands making my chickentenders. The chicken tenders were much better than KFC.! The price you pay for the meal is well worth it it's a great atmospherevery nice place. And beautiful smile from Domanic and the store manager she went to our table to make sure everything was OK. Iwould recommend this place for the family and others. Read more
