Terrible experience. We went thru the drivethru at 7:45 pm on 12-1, ordered a medium to larger order. 6 dbl cheese and 3 LG... fry. I asked for a couple sweet and sour sauce. Someone behind the counter said they charge for sauce. Ok so I declined. Gothome about 1.5 miles away and found they did not put two patties on one of the burgers and the fries were old and nasty. I donot want money back or gift cards, I will not return, even for free food. If you want to charge me for a sauce packet, you needto be sure the orders are correct, hot and fresh. Read more

We sat in the first drive through line and nobody waited on us. We watched 4 cars from the other line go ahead of us. So we... pulled forward and told the girl what happened oh what do you want? No I?m sorry your wait. I?ll let my manager know somethingis being missed. Just what else do you want. The second kid that gave us our food was very friendly. Got our food but had towait for our drinks. They need to get it together. They tried to get us to pull forward for our drinks! Drinks! Come on kids getit together! I've only been here about five times since I've lived in the area and out if those five times they've messed up the order four... times. Most recently they gave us no fries, shorted us a few nuggets and put the wrong things in the burgers. The food we didget was decent though. Read more
