This was the worst trip to a Burger King in my 50 years period! Now the staff was friendly enough I want that established, but... were acting like a bunch of unsupervised children, which I'm sure they were. Now I'm not talking old person here hating on thekids, I mean loud cutting up, unprofessional discussions & language throughout. The real disappointment was the food!!! What hashappened to Burger King? I used to like them others have been a let down but this was horrendous! Cold Whopper, bun seemed asmidge colder than room temp. patty almost, if not room temp. just nasty texture, etc. then onion rings that were again almostroom temp. & Tuff like they were made yesterday! All of this with no customers, none inside & very few drive thru so busy couldnot be the excuse, if there was one. Just sad no wonder Burger Kings are disappearing. Read more
every time i come to this burger kind theirs always a problem. it?s almost 9am and they still aren?t serving breakfast. the get... the orders wrong and some of them are very rude. I try not to give them a hard time cause i don?t know how they?re day has beengoing, so i keep letting it slide. There are a lot of good workers but majority of them aren?t that good. Waited at the drive thru window for 23 minutes to get our food. No acknowledgement from any of the employees. Food was cold, we... figured with the wait, we?d get fresh food but no. One of the employees was tied up in clear tape. Are the employees at work orat play? Avoid this place. Read more
They do t have Large size cups for the meals. The burgers were all cold as if the burgers have been siting for a few hours. It... seams they don't understand safe food temperature. Don't go to this location even if your hungry just drive a few blocks away.That way you don't get food poison n get sick not worth it.Come on BK do better if anything just close this location down theemployees don't want 2 work or care about the customers look at all the reviews horrible. Update: they still mess up orders bad. Made a double order and the took it wrong. I told them the issue and they said they... fixed it and not to worry. All they did was change recipient for more expensive items and gave smaller versions. Walked in toshow issue. 4 of them including manager became silent. Me working in restaurants and fast food in past makes me have knowledge.Suddenly they got mad as I told the violation they did. After lack of customer service, got names and reported. Will say, as Istarted walking out with info to complain, several begging not to complain as location got previous complaints. Now I cannot saywhat those were, but previous complaints show they lack constant good service. Read more
