WORST customer service????They charged 5 dollars tip by themselves, saying?We bring you food to the table, nobody does? , like... hello lady calm down most restaurants do it.! She kept standing right in front of our table , and staring us as we were eatingour food. We felt really uncomfortable. Rice weren?t fresh. Food is overpriced, around 60 dollars for just 3 people. Serving andquality of food was not good. Had stomach pain after eating. The cashier lady was really rude and would not even give napkinsand straws to their customers happily. After a long time we visited China King but the experience was not as we were having experience in past. Our favorite was... Chicken Wings Hot and Spicy but not the same texture or taste. Hot and Sour Soup, less ingredients than before and not tastylike was. My wife got Chicken with mix vegetables, not satisfied. Chicken with Cashew Nuts same issue. Only Chicken Lo Mein,Mongolian Beef and Pad Thai Spicy Noodles were okey. Prices they increased almost 30-40 percent and portion for the dishes theyreduced. Ordered food to take out. The lady didn't take my order correctly. I read the negative reviews about staff misbehaving with... customers; so I was well prepared. I ordered just Lo mien with no veggies and no meat. Instead she gave me chicken lo mienwhen I told her this is not what I ordered she screamed at me stating "YOU SAID NO SAUCE!!" Every time I come to this ?establishment, they are extremely rude! I sat there and observed their behavior today. I was quite... saddened to see them treat the Whites different than me. This company left my sweet and sour sauce from my order, when Ipolitely asked, my son watched this old Chinese lady come from the back and fussed at me for no reason when THEY made themistake. I will never come back here with their racists behinds. Also, the food quality could be much better!!! Taste was verybland and just tasted like grease (ordered the sweet and sour chicken and fried rice and wonton soup). The broth for my souptaste like salt and bitterness. I?m so disappointed!
