The worst ever , stopped at the truck in Fairfield at Lowe's and I must say this was a waste of $ 57.00 wife got the catfish... dinner with Mac and cheese which was sour I'm guessing from sitting out on a food truck all day who knows , cornbread muffinshard and dried out and the overpowering scent of mustard that made the base of the potato salad all and all this place ( as ofthe truck ) is garbage and I wish there was a way to get a refund , never again for the dollar amount they charge you wouldthink it's top notch, jokes on me . I can never get with a smoke house that smothers their meat in bbq sauce. Bbq sauce should be in addition. I ordered brisket,... ribs and links. Everything was covered in bbq sauce. What I was able to taste of the meat without sauce, was terrible. Thebrisket had zero flavor. The ribs seemed like they were boiled and a couple of days old. I was craving bbq last night and found this place. It's unfortunate that the negative reviews complaining about the meat... covered in bbq sauce is exactly what I really enjoyed and liked about their food here. Yes, I liked that the meat was so tenderand covered with bbq sauce. I think we have to be careful with our comments and realize that everyone is different.
