Went there yesterday for the first time in months. Food has always been good so I was surprised to be completely disappointed... with my meal. I ordered boneless lamb chops, rice and beans, plantains and yucca. The lamb chops had no flavor AT ALL and wereovercooked and tough. The beans were undercooked and the plantains weren't ripe. FOUND A GRAY HAIR IN THE FOOD! I ordered a whole chicken yesterday. It didn?t taste very good and was dry. So, not to waste... it, I put gloves on and pulled the chicken added Mayo and as I was eating the chicken salad found this gray hair in my mouth????????. It?s gray and looks a bit curly. Whenever I order from Silvestre?s I get the chicken & shrimp fajitas and it?s normally at a location other than Silver Hill Rd.... Today we decided to door dash and the Silver Hill location was the one that popped up. We?ve never ate at this location butthought hey, they?re all the same. WE WERE WRONG AS HELL!
