We had a really good time here. Kinda off the beaten path but good. Our waitress was very nice and always made sure we were... taken care of. We did try the jam burger its was different but good maybe alittle.to much peanut butter for us. The cheese curdsare to die for though I would drive there just for them!! Read more
I never write reviews on things. I've only ever been tempted to leave a review based on a bad experience, HOWEVER, I've never... felt more compelled to leave a raving review in my life.. My family was looking for a bite to eat before heading home from acamping trip and the local camp ground, and it was Memorial Day. I did not have much hope on finding a place open that wasn'tfast food. When Rich's Famous Burgers came up on my phone we decided to drive by to see if they were open. To my surprise, notonly were they open but they didn't have a ridiculous wait time! We were seated, had ordered and gotten our food in less than 30minutes.. on a holiday. I was already grateful and impressed, honestly. I ordered the Jam Burger out of pure curiosity and itwas so delicious I ordered a second one to go. My husband has never seen me (a small petite woman at 125 lbs) eat a large burgerso quickly. Its the perfect balance of sweet and savory with just a hint of spice in the aftertaste. I've never been so obsessedwith a food in my life. Even though I live over an hour and a half away, I am tempted to organize another spur-of-the-momentcamping trip just so I can order 2 more jam burgers.. Read more
Great local place with outstanding burgers!!! Tried the Western Burger and the Bacon & Bleu burgers and both were delicious!... Juicy, tender, burgers come in 1/4 & 1/2 lb sizes. My husband and I have had a lot of burgers during our lifetimes and this is undoubtedly the best burgers we have ever had. I had... a Jam Burger with peanut butter, bacon and spicy strawberry jam on Texas toast and he had a breakfast burger with bacon andfried egg on a homemade bun.
