Me and my son picked up some burgers for supper (we really like sonic). Get home and everything is correct, except the... flavor....? The burgers tasted weird. Absolutely the worst sonic. Ordered a shake. when the shake finally made it to me it was completely melted, and the lid was... barely on.. popped off the second I got it inside my car. Melted ice cream everywhere. I am so disappointed because every othersonic I've been to is great service. But they clearly made my shake and then left it there for 25 minutes before bringing it tome.
