Stopped in here November 8 about 8:20 pm for some Long John Silver food. The only person up front said he wasn't trained to... take orders. We waited several minutes without our order being taken. The food prep area was so messy we decided to leave. Ended up at Chic Fil A with excellent service. Read more

Getting pretty tired of this place consecutively getting orders wrong or food consistently being out. Most times when I'm able... to go is at night and this is one of the few places open so late. I've tried being understanding and giving several chances, butat this point I'll take my business elsewhere or stick to home cooked foods. The staff is unprofessional frequently goingoutside not tending to the maintenance of their cookware or sanitation. Management seems well enough, but also doesn't seem tobe able to have a hold of their staff to be considerate of customer service. Everyone but the person taking the order seemed toknow what foods they didn't have, and I had to wait after a few mistakes before finally getting 1 order that was wrong andanother that tasted off, which I stopped eating halfway. Out of choices for drinks ordered long johns food must have had to go fishing it took so long to get order. Put small meal in... a big box and large orders in a small box .
