Fix order screens! When they are not working, it would be nice if staff at least provided you with an order total instead of... radio silence. The didn't even say thank you to sign off. We almost left because we figured they didn't really get the order. Imade the huge mistake of being considerate enough to check by getting out of the car and walking to the door. They looked at melike I was crazy for checking on order. When I reiterated that the screen not working, their comment was that the screens arenever working. No apology. Since food is only so-so, I wonder why they feel they can get by with such poor customerinteraction. We should have just left. Read more

I used the sonic app to order a $1 chili cheese coney added relish, and I ordered a cup of water(easy ice). I placed the mobile... order as I pulled into the parking space. My food arrived quickly and my coney was hot. Shenae brought my food to me, greeted meand then read my order out loud. The entire experience was easy and quick.
