If I could give zero stars I would customer service was horrible. Called my order in 20 mins ahead of time when I got there to... pick it up the girl snapped I don?t have your order so I proceeded with I need to order it please I have a team waiting for itand she said ok what did you want again after repeating my order 3 times she rolled her eyes and said it will be 20 mins waited35 mins for food! I have had 2 orders from this location deliver well beyond the quoted delivery time. After I left a negative review of the the... first order arriving 30 minutes late and cold, I was given a coupon for a ?free? large pizza. Well, minimum order for deliveryis $10.59. So you have to purchase something to have a ?free? pizza delivered. Well, I placed my order at 5:24pm. Quoteddelivery time was 6:45pm. Order was delivered at 7:15 pm. At least this time it was hot. I will not be ordering from Pizza Hutagain. D'Allesandro's Pizza has much better customer service, their ingredients are fresher and they are very quick with theirdeliveries. Read more
Orders for delivery 2 hours ago and a door dasher brought my food. If you can?t deliver with your own people in a reasonable... amount of time then do not offer delivery. The food was made when I ordered but since it was delivered 2 hours later it was coldand chewy. Read more
Ordered a large supreme pan pizza. This Pizza hut has forever lost my business..it was entirely disgusting. The dough spewed... grease when you bit it and wasnt done all the way, there was no pizza sauce on it, it was as bland as old cheese ...nasty and itgot thrown away. Read more
