This location used to be decent, but wow, it's gone downhill. I understand that part of it is staffing, and I'm not rating based... on that, although the service was slow. They were also out of everything, and the food was pretty gross. Out of a table of 4,only 1 of us actually finished their plate. It should really tell you something when a whole table barely touches their food. Read more

Sorry to say my wife and I were on our date night and her chicken fingers in her triple play were burnt not once but 3 different... times we gave up and went home after the third time. We will not be eating there again its sad that this place use to be ourfavorite! Read more

Our family had the WORST experience here last night. Majorly disappointed! The salad bar was NOT what we?ve had in the past at... this location. Mushrooms were ROTTEN, dressings were empty, and the salad bar was a mess. We were not given cutlery and when weasked for forks we were given dirty cutlery rolled in a napkin (food still on forks and knives). We ordered our grandsons foodwhile waiting for my husband to meet us. It was almost an hour before my grandsons child?s meal was delivered. We orderedbroccoli as his side, it was served with French fries and the food was barely warm. When we ordered for the adults, our foodtook over an hour to be brought out. Again, sides were all wrong and had been substituted because ?they were out of what weordered?. We were given excuses about everything and we were told that the reason our food took so long was because the call inorders were prepared first, even before tickets that came from dine in customers. Nobody came to ask about substitutions beforethey were added to our orders. When our food was finally brought out, two people delivered 3 plates, and the guy who brought myhusbands food had his THUMB IN THE SHRIMP that my husband ordered. The service was completely unacceptable! Needless to say, wecanceled our orders and left. Truly disappointed and I doubt we?ll be back. I get that restaurants are struggling now too, butthere is NO good excuse for the horrible experience and service we received here last night. I emailed ?guest relations? as Iwas instructed to do in the reply below my review. Email was sent on 7/5/2022. I really don't like to write a bad review during these hard times we are living in but the cleanliness is really really bad. I... used to work as a quality inspector and this is unacceptable. The light lamps over the tables have a thick layer of dust and thetables and chairs need a good scrubbing and seat covers got rips in it. As well as I noticed the ceiling were in terrible shapeand the carpet, ect. Pretty much the whole restaurant needs to be cleaned and updated. It feels very old and dirty in there. Ihad the salad bar which I don't complain about, it was good and stocked when I was there. There was only 1 waitress working thetables which I understand.. it's tough these days. Please, clean the restaurant and modernize the dining room, thank you. Read more
