This Taco Bell sucks. For the last several months when I order ahead and select drive thru, when I go to pick up my food I?m... told I have to come inside. Then if you go and try to just try to order in the drive thru, you are always told that there issome kind of issue that prevents them from taking your order and that you have to go inside. Once in there, you will have toorder at the kiosk because everybody working there will just look at you and ignore you instead of taking your order. Then youwill witness 1 maybe 2 people working while everybody else hangs out in the back and talks on their phone while smoking E-Cigs.I hoped this poor service was temporary, but no end seems in sight. I've come to realize that you can't expect good service or a friendly atmosphere anymore. I try to be as nice as possible to... people working fast food because I know it sucks. But dang, I smile, thank them and tell them I hope they have a good day andthere's no response from them. They just give me my food, turn their back and walk away. Read more
Ordered the largest nacho fries box because I?m home with 3 kids. They literally just threw whatever they had on hand in a bag.... No burrito, no chalupa, wrong drink, and instead gave me 2 hard tacos, 2 nacho fries, and the incorrect freeze. If you?re out aa freeze, let the customer know, or idk, change the soda out? Also, if you?re too lazy to make a burrito without beans, maybejust put a regular one in there instead of ditching the burrito all together. Your managers have to be able to see the amount ofpeople that get refunds. This has to mess with numbers somehow. I get it?s fast food but maybe put a little effort into it.Definitely not ordering from this one again. This same location is also notorious for running out of everything by sunday, eventhings like beef and chicken. Sealed bags are supposed to be for food quality, not to hide your laziness. Read more
CONSISTENTLY pretty damn perfect. They get it right more often than not and that?s ultra rare these days. Everyone there is... always super polite, too! It?s easy to get on here and post the bad, but this location has it together and, honestly, I?ve beenmeaning to write this for months. I?ll call corporate here shortly, as well, and let them know. Worst taco bell food this decade! I'm not kidding! Just plain ol Nachos Bellgrande but 1. They forgot the meat, 2. They forgot... the tomatoes, 3. The entire thing was swimming in sour cream, and 4. The chips were infinitely soggy. Additionally, the Cinnaboniced coffee was like dirty dishwater - Could barely tell it was supposed to be coffee. Needless to say it all went to the trashas it was all completely inedible. Oh and this was at 11 pm and the first thing the guy said to me was they were closing in 5minutes so couldn't even go back to try to get stuff fixed - don't know why they were closing early but that's what he said.Avoid this Taco Bell!
