Okay, so I go in here almost three or four times a week for something to much on or drink. I?ve ordered a smoothie, and had... someone keep it aside for me in a freezer, so it doesn?t melt, or separate, I get that, I understand that. I went there todayafter ordering a smoothie over 45 minutes prior, and the young girl who took my order made it in front of me? Her excuse was,?We?re not allowed to make them ahead of time?? I work on the street for a busy business, I?d expect a bit more customer servicefrom a place in Summit than that? Then, not even an hour into my smoothie, even on a day over 90 degrees, it hasn?t melted theway it has today within less than 30 minutes? I tried to call customer service, no response? Employee today was very pleasant and sweet, also patient. My family member, who does not speak English, was talking about a menu... item when to my surprise the employee named Joanne or Joanna (unsure exactly) responded in Portuguese!
