I was in the store this morning purchasing coffee and a vape. the vape when I opened it was leaking and did not work. I... contacted the manager to let them know once I had noticed it was a faulty product and was told that they do not do returns onany tobacco products. I fully understand that but I did not want to return it. I was trying to get it exchanged and was told no.they were not willing to do anything. they were very rude and unprofessional. I have been going to this location for over 8years at least 2 or 3 times a week. every other store I have purchased vape products they will exchange it if it does not workwith no problem. Read more
