The service was horrible and they were very slow. The girl in the drive thru was so rude. My burger was good though.
Burger, chicken sandwich, cajun fries, and milkshakes were all delicious. Drive thru line did move rather slowly and the... employee was very difficult to understand through the intercom. I think they probably need a new system. I can see how the drivethru lines could be confusing for first time customers. Far left lane stays straight and far right lane goes around thebuilding. They have the most amazing shakes. Service usually moves pretty quickly and staff is cordial enough. I like the cheese bites but... not a big fan of their entrees. Read more
Went by on Saturday July 2nd to get my granddaughter a milkshake. Waited in line 16 minutes! When I got to window and asked how... I was I said I was better before I waited 16 minutes for a milkshake! She never said I am sorry, we are busy.... just got anattitude with me! Was a very poor representative of Cook Out.
