Slow service. Attitudish, slow, unfriendly, very unprofessional customer service which has become the norm for the closing... shift. Again, my order is missing items. Again they won't or can't scan my appcode, citing that it's after 8 pm. No where saysthat on Zaxby sites. I was asked to pull to the side to wait with others awaiting their orders. They were out of sweet tea anda few soft drinks. I always regret visiting this location. Is there any adult supervision or management? Read more

Went to Zaxbys on McCrays Mill Rd on August 28, 2022. I ordered a wings and things and a side of the cheddar bites. This was... without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had. The wings are barely sauced my toast is burnt and I didn't get any saucesfor anything. I hate the fact that I paid 20 dollars for what seems like 2 dollar quality food.
