So I literally called about things missing in my order from Uber. Mind you, I had 8 items, but got my drinks. The... employee/female that I talked to on the phone was very sweet and kind and asked my name and how to spell it. I told her theitems that were missing and she asked me when I could come in. Immediately, was my answer. She said the items would be readywhen I got there. So I came, sent my brother in to ask for the food and my brother came back out like 5 minutes after and toldme they couldn?t find my name at all. So I went in there told them I called and It looked like manager, he asked me what I hadand just walked away. Which was the worst customer service. It was rude. Then it looked like another Male manager comes up andtells me he can?t find anything. I was so tired of just not getting helped. I literally called and you guys couldn?t even giveme my items. THAT I LITERALLY CAME IN FOR. So yeah that?s my review. Do better next time. ???? I spent $60 didn?t even get myfood. Honestly just wish I would?ve delt with the employee instead of the manager. This new location is excellent. The employees are very friendly and do a great job making drinks, especially ones that are very... specific like what my wife orders. The barista even made a special drink for my grandson on our visit today!!! They have a biglobby that is kept clean and nice patio when it's cool outside. The drive thru is always very quick. I drive a little further togo to this location but it's worth it to me. Read more

So I thought trying a new Starbucks might provide a quality experience. I was mistaken. The manager Liz is terrible, just made... the situation worse. I think the days of expecting any sort of quality from a Starbuck are long gone, much like getting a wellbuilt home or a quality made car. Starbucks is the new McDonalds should only be used is desperation and disappointment shouldbe expected. Read more
