AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST!!! Placed an order on the app for delivery. We have no vehicle, and hungry kids. Waited over an... hour and called over and over with no answer. Puts me on hold then hangs up after a few min of nothing. It's 8pm I ordered at6... I can't even get a refund to order pizza at a different store. This has literally ruined my children's night and stolen mymoney. Update: FINALLY got ahold of the store, after 2 and a half hours of calling. Canceled my order after they couldn't tellme hiw much longer it would be even though thier broken app said it was being checked for over 15 min... like I want a coldpizza that's fir the 2 to 5 day refund though that helps so much... I remember when places made things right when they werewrong. Last time I order from ANY dominos again. Read more
My husband and I just got an order about an hour or so ago...he ordered a pizza and wings and I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak... Sandwich which was delicious. HOWEVER...I ordered extra meat, with NO American Cheese because I have an intolerance to Americancheese specifically, and instead ordered extra provolone to make up for the American cheese. There was barely ANY meat on it atall, much less any EXTRA that we paid for and there was American cheese on it because within a minute of taking a bite, Istarted coughing and well, I could taste it. I love American cheese but I just cannot tolerate it. AND the order took over anhour to get here. I get that it is a holiday weekend but come on! I used to work for your company when delivery was promised in30 minutes or you get your pizza free. If you are going to take over an hour to deliver an order, at least get it right. Read more
Under staffed. I?ve called in my order and was told it would be ready in 20 mins. Arrived there in 18 mins and paid for my two... pizzas and was told it would be ready in 10 mins. No problem i said. 15 mins went by and I asked about my order and was told itwould be at least another 45 mins!! Asked for a refund. Read more
They lied on the tracker to half a dozen customers who came in when the tracker said the pizza was ready. I was just one. They... didn't put the toppings on in the right order so everything was dried out on top with almost no cheese. Read more
