Ordered four deluxe burgers through drive-thru and got home to discover half of them were under-cooked and partially raw. Better... attention to detail is needed. Raw meat is inexcusable. UPDATE: Since there?s no way to respond to the owner?s comment, I canonly update this review. Was redirected to corporate?s website to fill out a form. The new location wasn?t even on the dropdownmenu, so they mistakingly believe I?m complaining about both locations now (?). Anyway? Received a voice message that apologizedfor ?the experience? ? but I don?t think a phone call apology really is sufficient in this case. I don?t feel they went farenough with their response and could have done more considering the offense of serving RAW MEAT to a customer. Shame thatcorporate now thinks this complaint was against the location on Main St., even though I explained in my comments it wasn?t. Atleast you get good service there. Read more
The people doing the service are great. I have ordered 3 times from the drive thru. Once the meat was undercooked and the other... time, it was burnt. Hope it gets better. Even though we are less than half a mile from this location, my daughter prefers theone 1.5 miles away because of the food. Hope this is just starting trouble and I wish them all the best! ???? One. Overpriced. They now charge for ranch I I asked for ranch after already paying and they charged me $.74 for two ranches on... a separate transaction. Two. They didn?t label any of the drinks. One was sweet tea two were diet Pepsi, and one was a differentdrink, all looking similar so we had to taste test to figure out which drink was which. three. I tried calling on missingtenders that they forgot to give me through the drive-through and they don?t have a phone number to the restaurant. Not enough signs showing where to go for curbside pickup parking. Employee that gave me my food told me where to park next time... but was clearly annoyed that I parked at the curb in front of the restaurant. I said thank you then suggested they put signsup. She seemed to ignore me completely and just kept saying where I needed to park even though I clearly stated that Iunderstood and will next time twice. I understand I was parked in the wrong place but the poor parking lot design and lack ofsignage in the parking lot doesn't help when people haven't been to this location before. Overall very disappointing experienceand I will be avoiding this location going forward which is disappointing but not the end of the world since there is a betterlocation just a bit farther in the opposite direction.
