1 star is way too much credit. Very rude manager. Restaurant was somewhat clean. Restroom were filthy, toilet paper all over the... floor, graffiti all over the restroom, and even trash in the sink. The manager only allows customers to that filthy restroom.When I approached her about it, she was rude, she didn?t even made an effort to go clean it, nor would she let us use the otherrestroom available to customers because she uses that restroom for herself. I go to this Carl's Jr. because they accept EBT. But, this is the third time now that they claim the machine is down for EBT... transactions. I have been disappointed with the quality of the food and especially with the milkshakes at this restaurant. Idon't like soggy, wilted lettuce or dry, crumbling buns. And the milkshakes have been extremely runny, almost like a thick,sweet milk. Not very appealing or appetizing. Read more
