This is thee worst Domino's location I have ever experienced. They are SO rude. Horrible customer service. They were so mad that... I wasn't there for pickup and was trying to place an order in the store and then proceeded to be just obnoxious. I have learnedmy lesson. I get they are understaffed, but woah. Never again at this location. Not that they would care. Lol Read more
I was talking on the phone for 30 minutes and they didn't answer and when they answered they told me to wait and they left me... waiting for another 10 minutes I hung up I called again and again they didn't even let me talk they just said WAIT! again Iwaited again and in the end they did not give me an answer I think this is not correct because they waste my time and the otherplaces close Read more
Manager absolutely worthless. Ordered 5 pizzas and chicken tonight. App says will be here in about and hour, no problem. 50 mins... in app, which is usually very accurate, hasn't updated so I call the store. Manager on duty is practically going at me. Told methey haven't even start d the order because they don't have drivers. To which I say a simple call to me and I could have pickedit up. Clearly ordering that many pizzas means there are people here waiting for dinner. Instead of any caring or email, shetells me to come get it and hangs up on me. So, I call back thinking maybe we were accidentally disconnected. Nope. She saidthey are busy, which is why they haven't started my order and if I didn't want to come get it, it would be anotherhour. Im completely done with this place. In the past they have delivered and theres been missing items, delivered the wrong pizza and... I had let it go but this time I've had it. Absolutely no care for the customer whatsoever. The first 2 wings tasted funny anddecided to take a closer look and they were disgusting to say the least.
