Always pleasant when picking up food. Food is always hot and delicious!
We ordered a pizza for delivery. An hour later I called to see how much longer it would be. I was told the order was "voided" as... there was not a Doordash driver available and they didn't have a delivery person. It would have been nice to gave been calledand told this!! Read more
Late, COLD and staff was uncaring. At least I was able to call in this time still over 20 minutes past past time. They didn't... offer a refund or credit. Can't remove tip. Never again. Read more
After waiting for 50 minutes past promised delivery time, order was incomplete. Jets tried to offer a credit for next visit, but... we won?t be back. I asked for a refund to my credit card, hopefully that actually happens. This is not the first time it hashappened. I understand long delivery times especially with shortages of staff, but it?s quite unacceptable to not have acomplete order. Over priced for the quality. Read more
